Brigid's Hope: Transitional housing for women

Brigid's Hope provides homeless women coming out of Texas prisons and jails with transitional housing, mentoring, spiritual support and coordination of resources at New Hope Housing's Hamilton Street Residence in downtown Houston.

The project is funded by private donations through the Cathdral Health and Outreach Ministries, Episcopal Health Charities, the Clayton Fund and the Powell Foundation, and is approved by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
